The Washington State Referee Committee acts as the coordination point for USSF Referee development, Registration, licensing, and training programs within the State of Washington. This area of our site contains the administrative functions that apply to the overall operation of the SRC.
We are happy to provide the following Administrative elements to keep you current on the actions, activities, and workings of the SRC:
- Assignors
- The individuals known to the SRC to be active as Amateur Assignors (e.g. non-Youth assignors). See Youth: Assignors for a list of individuals involved with the Youth Program

- The active groups known to the SRC to be active as an organization or association that exists to assign Referees to Matches in a defined geographical area

- Leagues
- The active Leagues known to the SRC to be active scheduling Matches and competitions in a defined geographical area and usually to a specific type of play
- Memorandum
- A reasonably accurate representation of the Memorandum from the United States Soccer Federation to all of its affiliates, dated December 19, 1991, which set policies and procedures effective February 1, 1992, for the State Referee Committees throughout the Federation.
