Area Referee Administrators (ARA’s) are volunteers appointed by the State Referee Administrator (SRA) on a yearly basis. Their duties and responsibilities are:
- To register new referees after completion of entry level clinics in their local areas.
- To process the annual recertification of referees, assignors, instructors, and assessors within their local areas.
- To manage referee upgrade packet requests within their local areas.
The following individuals currently serve as Area Referee Administrators for the Washington State Referee Committee (as of Thursday, March 11th, 2010).
