Recertification

All USSF certified referees must complete certain requirements annually to keep their USSF certification current. This process is known as Recertification, which requires:
- Taking the appropriate written test each year.
- Completing 5 hours of continuing education each year or initially.
- Successfully completing any required physical tests (Grade 7 and above) each year.
- Filling out the multi-part USSF Registration form.
- Filling out the state Certification/Recertification form.
- Sending the USSF Registration form and state Certification/Recertification form with the appropriate fee to the local ARA.
Certification/Recertification Form
One key aspect of the Recertification process is reporting the continuing education hours that you have completed during the year. The use of the SRC's Certification/Recertification form (which is available in Word format or Acrobat Reader format) is required for this.
